Our Advanced Laboratories

The Department has organized itself with the latest technological development in the field of Electronics & Communication and has established the following state-of-the art labs-.

Analog and Digital Communication Lab

Analog & Digital Communication Lab

Communication engineering lab focus to train our students with proper practical knowledge about analog/digital communication like analog modulation, frequency modulation, Phase modulation, Sampling, Various parameters of receiver like selectivity, sensitivity & fidelity are tested. Practical of PAM, PWM, PPM, PCM, Error Detection and Correction, Delta Modulation, ASK, FSK & PSK modulation are performed by using training board.

High configuration Analog & Digital Communication
Practical of PAM, PWM, PPM, PCM
Practical knowledge about analog/digital communicationn
Microprocessor Programming Laboratory

Microprocessor Laboratory

Microprocessor lab provides intensive and practical exposure to the students in the field of microprocessor architecture and industrial control through them. This laboratory enables students to performing & interfacing of control peripherals like LED display, stepper motor, traffic light controller and temperature controller. In this lab students also aware about ADC, DAC and interfacing cards like 8251, 8253, 8255, 8257, 8279, 8155 etc. along with microprocessor kit and LCD display.

The Microprocessor Lab provides hands-on experience with programming and interfacing microprocessors like the 8085 and 8086.
Students learn to write assembly language programs for arithmetic operations, data transfer, and control instructions.
The lab also involves interfacing experiments with devices such as ADCs, DACs, stepper motors, and displays.
Analog & Digital Electronics Lab

Analog & Digital Electronics Lab

Analog and digital electronics lab enables students to get practical knowledge in design, testing of different analog components like Op-amp, transistor, diode, MOSFET, FET, amplifiers, oscillators, timer IC etc. It is equipped with many measuring instruments like CRO, function generator, regulated power supply etc. It deals with design and analysis of different combinational and sequential ckts. like flip-flop, multiplexers, counters, Analog to digital convertor etc. This lab encourages students to build and assemble their circuits which enhance their testing skills w.r.t Analog and digital circuit designing.

The Analog & Digital Electronics Lab focuses on designing and analyzing basic analog and digital circuits.
Students perform experiments with diodes, transistors, op-amps, logic gates, flip-flops, and counters.
The lab helps in understanding circuit behavior, waveform analysis, and the implementation of combinational and sequential logic systems.
Microwave Engineering Laboratory

Microwave Engineering Laboratory

This lab deals to study the characteristics of Reflex Klystron Tube and Gunn diode also used to measurement on microwave benches of X-band. Experiments based on measurements of frequency and wavelength, radiation pattern, insertion loss, VSWR, impedance, directivity, gain and bandwidth of various antennas are performed. In addition to this design experiments based on common hardware design like rectangular and circular waveguides, frequency meters, directional coupler, micro-strip couplers, phase shifters, VSWR meters, power supplies, E-plane Tee, H-plane Tee and bands, attenuators, reflex Klystron tube, Gunn oscillators, isolator, CROs and multimeters are also performed.

Microwave Engineering Lab deals with high-frequency components and systems.
Students work on waveguides, antennas, and microwave measurements.
It builds practical skills in handling microwave devices and setups.
PCB Laboratory

PCB Laboratory

The focus of this lab is to provide skill to our students about PCB designing and fabrication. The PCB lab has special machines like PCB coating machine, etching machine, and UV light producer, Baking Oven and drilling Facility to produce single side PCBs. By using these machines students can design PCBs for their projects. This Lab also has a transformer winding machine which is used to construct a 5V to 24V Transformer.

PCB Lab focuses on designing and fabricating printed circuit boards.
Students learn circuit layout, etching, and component soldering.
It helps develop skills for creating functional electronic hardware.
MAT Lab

MAT Laboratory

MATLAB is computer programming language developed by MathWorks for scientific computing. With the increasing growth in the field of electronics and communication there is a need for software (like MATLAB) to explore and validate algorithms and system level design in hours or days rather than week. This lab helps the students in simplifying calculations of any transfer function, finding poles and zeros, evaluating time response of a system, solving differential equation and calculating Fourier and Laplace transform of any system. MAT Lab is used for the simulation of various experiments of different Labs(S&S Lab, Control System lab, DSP lab etc).

MATLAB Lab teaches programming and simulation using MATLAB software.
Students perform data analysis, signal processing, and system modeling.
It enhances problem-solving skills through computational techniques.
